Did you actually bother to read the discussion I was having with the other commenter before chiming in? This is the comment I replied to:

But he understands that we will not ever get to vote again if Trump gets reelelected.

The conversation was never about whether Trump will weaken democracy in the US. It was about whether you will have the opportunity to vote in another election Trump is elected this year,

They are both possibilities. We may never get to vote again. Or we may get to vote, but the outcome is predetermined by Treason Trump. They are both the effectively the same.
