I realised I haven't had Vegemite in a long time. I'm ashamed to admit it, but it's been about 1-2 years since I last had it. I remedied that with some Vegemite toast. I dont usually eat breakfast, but sometimes you just need that nice kick to start the day. And it's useful because it's actually got some food value, especially with wholemeal or high fibre bread. Unlike most cereals which are essentially just flavoured sugar

I have vegemite every day! It's the breakfast of champions, although mine is on a home made spelt sourdough.

Sourdough ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค

I only have sourdough on a fancy day when I get eggs Benny from a nice cafe. There's one near be that does a bleeding Jane one or something like that. Basically just eggs Benedict, but they put sriracha in the eggs and over the top. Pretty good with a tall OJ!

It's easy and cheap to make sourdough at home Baku, a few of us here do it. I'm sure we could set you up with some starter!

I'm not sure I quite have the brain (or consumption) capacity to make bread at home. I usually only eat bread a couple times a week, and wouldn't eat sourdough enough to be worth it

I love Vegemite on a crumpet. Perfect 10pm snack.
