J.K. Rowling is not getting arrested for her speech as evidenced by the fact that she hasn’t been yet. Until she says “Kill them right now I demand it. Kill people who identify as trans. I am calling for violence” no one will do a damn thing. And even then she might get away with it.

I bet she’ll be walking free no matter what timeline you want to set. It’s a safe bet for me.
