Not sure how tough you've been on the pack but it may be worth letting them know - you may not have to buy a new one.
It was actually not this brand, but Ospray.

Oh, I didn't know that! Already received a new pack, I will have to check how is it with warranty in europe, and will return and try to claim warranty. Thank you for the info though!
