I pooped by Aldi to grab a loaf of bread and saw this.

Not an egg in sight. Is it really that bad right now?

I buy mine from the local grocer, they've always got stock. Not the cheapest but not hideously expensive either

yes, eggs were 11.50 at woolies, I didn't get any. A chook to roast was 30, didn't get one.
