In one way, I get the idea to help people picturing themselves enjoying the space, but on the other hand, oh my god, what the heeeeeck. That bath picture, lounging on the bed in her bra, wtf.

That was a dirty weekend for sure.

That's the agent in the photos?

Kind off weird she'd be treating the house as her own private photo studio.

[–] imoldgreeeg@aussie.zone 6 points 2 months ago

Ok that is 1000x icker than I was thinking.

Ummm. There's staging, and then there's staging.

yeah... 13 year old me absolutely coulda made that work hey.

Lol thirst trap real estate agent. Yuck.

[–] just_kitten@aussie.zone 4 points 2 months ago

Wtf?? Hahahaha that is gross. Did she get the photographer to do both the house and her Instagram pics then uploaded them all? That bathroom pic, seriously unnecessary

[–] Catfish@aussie.zone 4 points 2 months ago (1 children)

That’s really weird. I don’t mind the house though, especially if it comes with the goat.

[–] danwritesbooks@aussie.zone 2 points 2 months ago

The river it sits on is nice. Has a nice view.

[–] Bottom_racer@aussie.zone 4 points 2 months ago

At least the bath has a nice view... of a fence.

[–] dumblederp@aussie.zone 4 points 2 months ago

Homer: "Do you come with the house?"

[–] anotherspringchicken@aussie.zone 4 points 2 months ago (1 children)

That bathroom will be a bitch to clean - so hard to get behind and under a clawfoot bath. The naked woman is an interesting selling point, though

[–] Catfish@aussie.zone 3 points 2 months ago

Yeah, I detest those raised sinks especially for cleaning reasons

This isn’t the first Tassie real estate ad I’ve seen with a random surprise female agent lurking about.

Maybe it’s starting to trend over there ? I actually don’t mind adding a human element to an otherwise sterile advert. Seems like most ads have a human element for relatability.

We did show a different example of this type of ad(also located in Tas) to a mate who owns an agency in WA. He thought it was ridiculous haha.

I saw a video yesterday of a house and the real estate agent was in it. She wasn't saying anything just all this dramatic music as she flows through the house and looking longingly from the balcony and it reminded me of the ad I posted when I saw it years ago.

Was she flowing through a house in Woodbridge? I get ghost vibes on that one.
