Again, these things need to be decided in court. Parliament is not court. This legislation is antidemocratic. It is not okay for the government to get involved like this. We have separations of government power to try and prevent things like what that poem is describing.

Even if every claim is true, this is not how this is meant to happen.

I agree, but would also point out the justice system is broken AF. Part of a much broader problem.

It totally is. But I don't think breaking it even more is the solution here. So that's why I'm out to march today with the CFMEU, and all the other unions in solidarity

Parliament has the same powers as a court. Look it up.
