Well to be fair this was literally the first printer I've ever bought, at 31. It advertised on the box that it could connect by wifi or by cord, so I expected it to come with all accessories needed for that.

I don't think I've had a printer come with a cord in like 20 years.
I bought mine with cord only just a few years ago. Staying that way too

I sold printers (and other tech stuff) 20 years ago and can confirm, they have never come with USB cables, even before they were wireless.
