A bit of left over therapy learnin, your large intestine, you can massage it externally to encourage digestive motility (moving it along) and aid peristalsis (intestinal poo wave). But the jist is that you rub your belly in a large circle following the large intestine while also doing little circles through that path to work it.

Huh. So that's what that's called. I do it just because it makes me feel better lol. I think I prefer 'intestinal poo wave' over 'peristalsis', just because the latter is funnier.
