booo. Woke up with my heart pumping and feeling anxious. I guess I need to start actively incorporating relaxation techniques again.

I'm sorry you're going through alot of shit right now.

One thing I like to do to de-stress is to write things down. Lists upon list. Mark things off. Add things. It helps to declutter my mind while actively getting things done.

I've been there, ugh. Gentle hugs. I used to wake up around 1:30-2am with my heart pounding and in the midst of a panic attack. For some reason it helped me to ask myself, "what exactly am I anxious about and can I do anything about it right now?" It's an awful feeling for sure.
