melonDS DS for RetroArch: https://github.com/JesseTG/melonds-ds

There is also a so called "Remake of melonDS" as a core for RetroArch. It has some enhancements such as rotate between multiple screen layouts, but also misses features. So if you are using RetroArch, you definitely want to check that one out.
