I regularly bake sweet potatoes then add plain yogurt, salted peanuts, feta, nutritional yeast, and drown it in hot sauce. The dish has no name nor should it ever see the light of day. What goblin mode meals do you guys eat?

I used to eat this all the time, but with instant mash. It looks like vomit, but it is delicious. ❤️
