I want to go to bed, put the doona over my head and pretend I'm somewhere else
I actually did that yesterday (WFH). Told them I'm taking an hour for lunch (I worked back), put my headphones on with some trippy lofi and a blanket over me and a towel over my eyes and just disappeared for a bit. It did help. Hope you get to burrito yourself soon
