Need to present at a branch with ID
That sounds really messed up. How on earth would this be managed if you were overseas?! And with branches being few and far between this really sucks. After the commbank outage recently I'm starting to think it might be beneficial to have accounts with multiple banks as a backup.
If you were out east side I'd spot you some cash... will you be OK for today and tomorrow?

Oh man. The hops which they send you through to fix your account is atrocious.
My one beef is that they keep sliming down branch locations and opening hours and itβs next to impossible to get it fixed at times.
