On mental health watch today for mein liebe, nothing serious as long as I keep to the safety plan, remind him to play with the cat (grounding, and Mickey needs the exercise), and stop looking at the other place lol.

I'll do some study, play some Brotato, and keep myself centred. Today is a good day for being happy and forgetting about the problems.

Edit:

ratchet-ass mofo knows I'm wearing thin pants

Oh, that’s a chomp.

Hope your liebe is doing ok. Years ago, after some very bad news, my doc told me to have some time outside in nature. I very sceptically laid on a towel in the backyard, which actually seemed to help. Maybe a walk or some time outside might help?

It sounds like a dumb suggestion but if you have somewhere to put a hammock it helps. Something about feeling held and the swaying

It’s a cliche for a reason

As springchicken suggested, I'm thinking of convincing him to come outside. Our building has a courtyard with a lil fountain and heaps of plants, and a hammock! So that's a great idea!

Also, I can check on the health of the goldfish in the fountain too. They're a hardy species, but idk how their health is.

lol I was suggesting it for you so you could care for yourself as well. But yeah buy another so both get one.

Maybe go out to check on the plants and fish. Outside is a great help (assuming it’s safe to do :/)

πŸ˜‚ I forget about myself heaps haha, so thank you πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ’œ

He's had a gout attack, but I reckon a lil hobble downstairs is doable lol. Either way I'll pop down and check it out now that the weather is so beautiful. The courtyard is on level one, which is actually level 3 lol, so it's high up and secluded from the general population. The only way to access it is to get through a few sets of fob doors, and I think two level 1(3? Lol) apartments have gates that can open to it. Perfect little area. πŸ’œ

Seriously don’t forget about yourself because invisible informal care work without your own supports and boundaries can and will fuck you up.

Ah… yes, physical limitations. At least one of you take a break
