No. In fact, some states have passed laws prohibiting the distribution of refreshments to people waiting in line to vote

There is reason for it. Back in the days where travelling to a polling place was still a major event politicians used to ply people with food and alcohol to buy their votes. It often got quite out of control and was seen as a threat to democracy.
