I just did a ticket at the new job and this is it. This is the sort of work I've been missing for the last couple of years. I don't know if it's because I was working with clunky software or what, but I just didn't enjoy my last couple of roles.

This should have the same issues of finiky work that requires high attention to detail, but there's something about this where I can get into a workflow to just get the work done and check it as well.

I'm not diagnosed with anything but it's like this work tickles a part of my brain the way factorio or one of those games does for some people

That's really great that your new job is sounding like a better fit for you - makes it much easier to move on from the old job and know that you're not the problem, there is a place for you :D

Exactly. It feels good knowing I'm back in work I like doing, whilst my old workplace is mildly inconvenienced by dealing with this massive platform no one knows how to use whilst they look for someone else.
