They differentiate now for when the patient is unconscious and breathing (D = Deadly bleeding), and when unconscious and not breathing (D = Defib). It's actually a bit confusing...

I think they have forgotten the point of having a simple mnemonic. It's supposed to be a rough guide to the priorities of what to focus on, not a triage system.
