Glasses shops are surprisingly helpful with that sort of thing.

Specsavers in particular I've found to be somewhat understanding. I've gotten a couple of free repairs from them for things that were 100% my fault before

unlike a four letter glasses shop, who told me the lenses were shit , they knew they are shit, they told me they were shit, therefore they are not going to replace them

Yep I recently went to get my eyes checked but I also had an issue with both of my glasses, and they repaired both easily, and with no issues too. I was super worried it would cost extra but nope. Even tightened it for me too!
