So I'm on the couch feeling sleepy. I'm like ok time for bed. So I get up brush my teeth and start getting ready for bed, but in the process I feel re energised. Lol. I can't win.

Omg are you me? This totally happens to me way too often it's so annoying. I also get this dip at about 9pm then I'm like nah I can't sleep now...then when it's actually bedtime I'm staring into the darkness in bed.

I can confirm, I am you.

You've just made me realise why I have had a lifelong difficulty with brushing my teeth before bed...

I really struggle with transitions, especially going to sleep. Sometimes I even hate changing my clothes and fall asleep better on the couch. Why

Agreed it's annoying.

That's me on night shift, half asleep at my desk come clock off but the minute I hop in the car I feel like I could stay awake all day.
