yes you lean on them so they perpetually beep act like nothing is happening then watch everyone wonder why no one is getting off whilst staring at you.

I admit I haven't been on a tram since early 2019. Even before then I was lathering up on hand sanitiser and allowing the more eager brave commuter to press the button.
