I'm always so tired when I have my week of late shifts. I can't change the time I wake up (or at least not so quickly) so I'm still up at the same time, but I don't get to sleep until two hours later than normal😴😴😴

I gave up afternoon shifts a long time ago for that very reason. If I'm going to stuff up my sleep cycle I'd rather do it good and proper and do night shift.

Absolutely would if I had the choice. Maybe when I'm more settled here I can ask πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ oh well. On the tram home now 😴😴😴
