On nights when I'm feeling too lazy to cook something proper, but want something a bit higher effort than 2 min noodles/soup/basic toast, I make a bit of an everything toasty. Generally goes with ham, cheese, little bit of red onion, spring onion, a fried egg, and if I have it on hand, tomato. The egg and red onion can be fried in the toastie maker for ultimate laziness

Look, it sounds like the result of a hipster cafe making a depresso meal trendy and quirky, but it's pretty good and a satisfying meal. Easy to remove or swap things as needed
