Never heard of Pepsi Blue but I remember Crystal Pepsi

Pepsi Blue was actually in 2002 era. But as someone born in the 90s I should have at least heard of it. It was berry flavored they discontinued it 2004 which sucks. It would def make a good comeback.

I remember pepsi blue existing but I don't remember ever wanting to buy it. I did probably try it at some point, but neither of the restaurants I worked at during those years carried it.

Also the limited time Dr Pepper Dark Berry for Jurrasic World. Closest thing. When that came out I looked up sodas/colas that were berry flavored and discovered Pepsi Blue.

idk if it's the same thing but in the UK we had a limited run of "electric" pepsi a few months ago that was dyed blue, everyone I know assumed they were just trying to shift a bad batch as a limited edition drink.

Was t crystal Pepsi just reg but clear. Did it taste different?

[–] themeatbridge@lemmy.world 5 points 2 weeks ago

It was sweeter. Like, you were expecting lemon-lime of Sprite or 7up, but you got the sugary caramel of Pepsi. Almost like clear cream soda, but without the strong vanilla flavor.

Tastes the exact same as regular Pepsi if I remember correctly

I remember it tasting just like Pepsi, but it was a little less syrupy in it's consistency. I loved the stuff as a kid.
