Still acting like the rule of law is going to matter once they hand over the keys?
I feel you. For what it’s worth, the Act that Biden used already has precedent of not allowing reversal of bans from the last trump administration when he attempted to overturn or “unban” drilling bans from the Obama admin. It said it would take an act of congress.
A congress his party nearly completely controls.
