Have you heard his opinions on chess? He doesn’t play because it’s too easy.

That’s exactly what someone who sucks at it would say.

Drag can confirm. Drag sucks at chess because drag doesn't like to memorise openings. Go is way more fun because it takes thinking instead of memorising.

Eh, you can be a decent intermediate player (around 1500-1600 ELO) by playing just fundamentals and not memorizing openings. You can even reach around 1800-2000 if you memorize 2-3 main openings (one for white and one for black and ideally another one for black in case the white is a d4 player) and then be aware of the most common transpositions into other openings.

You can even combine. For example you can take Queens gambit for white and Caro Kann for black so if you're black and the white player plays e4 you got Caro Kann and if they play d4 there's a high likelyhood they'll play Queens gambit which means you can use your knowledge of the Queens gambit opening with white to know what to play as black.

Wonder how he'd fare against trump at golf.

They'd tie with a perfect score of -18, having somehow gotten a hole in one each course without even touching a club!

They would tie. Would take them each 18 strokes for 18 holes I’m sure.

Oh there would be plenty of strokes, I’ll grant you that.
