I mean with the quality of amd's CPUs and gpus nowadays you're really comparing excellent to even more excellent

It is tru but, I kinda want no compromises and love watching tech advance. Rn I get 50-70 fps with dips into 30 on Lethal Company with the AMD 780m. Maybe the next one gets me to 90. Also then maybe battery life starts to improve once the FPS target is reached, stuff like that. But the current state of things is already awesome and definitely playable.
