It's the fourth week of the year. You don't track week number in Canada?

I sure don't. just referred to as "week end 1/25 or similar

It's pretty common way to keep track of time Norway at least. Since it's a weekly discussion post, it also make sense to use week number as a way to differentiate between each post.
