MODERATORS
And I just don't like her music. It's not her, her wealth, or her ideology and certainly not her skin tone, I just generally dislike most pop music. That includes country and rap/hiphop, though I like many sub-genres (e.g. "rock and roll" from the 70s is better country, folk music, gangster rap from the 80s and 90s, etc).
If her music was covered by a punk, metal, or ska band, I'd probably like it more. Pop music just feels manufactured and corporate, probably because it is, and a cover by a smaller group feels more passionate, probably because it is.
