TIL a new word "enshittification"

_enshittification entails these steps:

first, they are good to their users; then they abuse their users to make things better for their business customers; finally, they abuse those business customers to claw back all the value for themselves._

Cory Doctorow is usually pretty interesting. Here is the essay where he talks about enshittification. Not some huge revelation, but truth nonetheless.
