Exactly. The government should have seized the land of every plantation owner that made a living from slave labor, and distributed it to former slaves as reparations.

every fucking inch, and a bag of each of their blood too, just for the symbolism. or filtered them through that loophole in the 13th amendment for a decade or so, men women and children.
