Most brands have their own webshops. I've always bought Cars jeans, Dutch AFAIK, but recently bought a pair of Kuyichi jeans, who are also Dutch. Though never online. I always buy in store. Not sure if their own webshops ship to Germany, but I'm sure there are some shops in Germany that do. Of course, there's also C&A and ArmedAngels that have their own webshops, who are both German.
