As an American™, the best thing Canada can do for us as a friend and neighbor, is exactly what you guys have been doing. Smack our hands, ban our goods, and treat us as we behave. Collective humility is the only thing that's going to end up bringing about change.

There are very few Americans who aren’t confused and outraged at this administration’s treatment of Canada
It’s like the orange asshole though the snark in the South Park movie was serious
then hopefully the midterm elections show a strong reaction to this. if it's basically "meh", then no, US can't be considered a friend.
Real elections moving forward exist the way the tooth fairy does. He's defying federal court orders already, and we're what? Seven weeks in?
