The chest and shoulder look great. The face? Not so much. There’s no cohesion of concept there. They have too much ink on their forehead, and it’s too faded.
Looks like the lines on the face, at least on the right side and not the forehead, are fake/paint. There's a line right in front of his ear that looks like wet paint that hadn't been smeared.
