People tweeting stuff. We allow tweets from anyone.
RULES:
- Mark NSFW content.
- No doxxing people.
- Must be a pic of the tweet or similar. No direct links to the tweet.
- No international politcs
- Be excellent to each other.
- Provide an archived link to the tweet (or similar) being shown if it's a major celebrity, figure or any politician. If you replace the "x" at their site with xcancel (so it beomes xcancel.com), and you're not on mobile, it will save video. https://web.archive.org/save is another great option. Archive.is is no longer recommended because they remove/alter content.
- If a tweet (or similar) makes a statement of fact, either mark it as "satire" in the body or provide the original source link backing up the statement

I...think you should reinstall the app? Unless it's a joke, that sounds weird.
Afraid not. Exact error message only becomes known by going NewPipe > Play a video > Error (Content Unavailable). At this point NewPipe offers: Report or Open In Browser. When ya opt for the second option, your browser opens that video which then gives Error: "Sign in to confirm you're not a bot. This helps protect our community. " And it's been this way for me for at least 2 months, no change.
Edit: typo
Never seen that before. Did you un- and reinstall the app at some point?
It's YouTube blocking my in-use known VPN IP addresses. https://discuss.privacyguides.net/t/how-to-watch-youtube-while-always-on-vpn-is-present
I won't turn off my VPN to watch YT videos, so I'm the outlier. I value my privacy more than my sense of entertainment.
