Even if you don't have a screenshot of your profile, we invite you to apply. We hope that you still have email access and can take a screenshot of your original invite email as that would also count as proof. If your application does not include either of these, you may still apply but it will require slightly more effort. As at that point we would request you join us on IRC to discuss. As long as there is enough proof to prove you are a current user, you should be able to pass.
I didn't used to take screenshots of my profiles either. However I have seen enough trackers go down on me where I realized it was likely a good idea to do every once in a while. A good strategy could be to save these screens in your password manager with each particular site.
I appreciate your response. I have been on ptp for probably 13 years or more. I definitely haven't kept the invite email that long. I got into uhdb through btn earlier this week, so maybe I'll be alright?
12 years here, still have that baby. I never delete emails like that.
Yeah, always keep invite emails, take profile screens, note down passkey if you're extra diligent, store a .torrent file or the like. When something happens it's usually too late to grab the necessary proof so being prepared (if you care about the account or using it for something later) ahead of time is important. As for the screen, update it when something happens (e.g. you rank up or cross some threshold or the like). It's not crucial but the little bits add to the big picture and helps giving weight to your case in case details are ever needed.
