Nextcloud Deck. It has enough features to make it a decently powerful Kanban board and it's simple enough to just use without much hassle. I tried Vikunja too but it was too simple IMO. OpenProject was too complex for just myself tracking my own home lab and home projects. I set up lots of others but Deck is the only one that has stuck. Plus I can load it in Ferdium :)
