Your song does make me feel like it would break the last nerve of Farya Faraji though, my man recorded a feature length hate rant against this type of music called Orientalism: Desert Level Music vs Actual Middle-Eastern Music
I totally agree. I don't really like the song itself, just that it's used in memes that are Egyptian themed from western viewpoint; particularly, the semi-NSFW video of Ankha (from Animal Crossing) "dancing".
There must be a censored version because the one I saw was extremely NSFW 😂
I should have made it clearer that while it's a generic as fuck song, it's still pleasing to listen to. I've had it on loop all day, thank you for sharing it.
I was aware of the "dance" video, but not the song associated.
