That confirmed what I thought, its actually wayy worse. Its permanent urinary retention. Had transient version of it a few times doing DXM and its terrifying and horribly uncomfortable if not downright painful.
The only thing at the time that can help you is taking a bath or immersing your junk in hot water so it relaxes everything and makes you reflexively pee but thats a pain in the ass if you gotta do it every time you need to piss.
