Where are the lizard people conspiracy folks? This is totally something a lizard person would say
Lizard or something else entirely. I'm not convinced they are human. Like has anyone actually checked their MRIs/X-rays? Do they have human organs? Do they have human DNA? They're way too anti-human to believe they're human themselves.
They're more like parasitic worms
