Let that be a lesson. Truth comes from authority, not the evidence of your senses.
This but unironically. Culture shapes belief, and belief shapes perception. We can't disrupt the owning class's control over our perceptions until we acknowledge it's there. It's a problem we can't solve by accident. We need an antirealist movement to solve it.
