Quote "Delaware State Police are investigating and advise drivers to be cautious during traffic stops, recommending pulling over in well-lit areas and verifying officer credentials."
This will work so well when ICE agents have so far refused to provide identification, all wear masks, and AFAIK are NOT authorized to do traffic stops.
If an unmarked car flashes lights at me, I'm on with 911 before I pull over to verify it's legit.
