Most of the time when people say they have an unpopular opinion, it turns out it's actually pretty popular.

Do you have some that's really unpopular and most likely will get you downvoted?

People need to pay extra for their bodily excess weight. I'm done being harassed to pay for a kg more in my baggage.

I'm significantly overweight and agree with this.

How is that just, when a person being overweight isn't of their doing ? (not saying this is the case for everyone, of course)

In what cases is it not of a person's own doing? Barring medical conditions that would make them exempt (such as hypothyroidism or antidepressants).

Well yes, those

How is it different from having extra two kilograms of medical equipment in your bag?

Then - discounts for shorties? How about meatheads? When a body builder checks in- also an extra fee? How about tall people?

My point is - draw out this thought further.

For various reason I agree with this in principle - but it needs elaboration.

Airline passenger tickets should be based on the total weight they add to the plane. No additional charges because your personal weight exceeds a limit, no additional charges for an additional bag.

If you are 120lbs with 110lbs of bags, you pay the same as a 230lbs person with no bags.
