Sorry, sports are objectively unimportant. Either way, just stop caring about things that have absolutely no bearing on your life whatsoever and you might find you're much happier. At the very least, less upset.

Sure because society is catered to them. I mainly just hate how much time, energy, and resources we waste on the frivolous nonsense. I also think "team pride" is ultimately toxic for society, it just further entrenches nationalism and fear of the Other in the global psyche.
