The only qualified cream soda that actually tastes good and is carbonated enough is Pakola
Everything else is a sugar scam
You can also make your own with vanilla ice cream and a regular soda like Fanta lol.

Pakola is only available in Pakistan it seems. That would be like me naming a drink "Americola" and that's not a bad idea.
Actually most exports are to the US, you just need to go to an Asian store to get it lol.
