Any slap-fight is subject to comment removals. Fights full of rule violations will result in temporary bans to cool off.
- No manipulating votes via bots or alt accounts; this will result in permanent bans. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in an account ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be permanently banned.

I don't trust James Okeefe as far I could throw him. But I find it hilarious that their own snake is trying to bite them now! 🤣
Kinda, I really don't like O'Keefe, but to me this shows some moral fortitude. Sure he's far right, but it seems protecting kid diddlers is too much.
You're assuming he's doing it for moral reasons rather than trying to produce a "shocking exposé" around an emotionally and politically charged set of current events for maximum engagement.
Maybe your right, maybe its profit, maybe its fame. TBH I like what he is saying because it benefits my political team in this moment. BUT this guys whole shtick is protect the children, AND he is going against his people. So maybe.
That's assuming a blackmail list or compendium of damning documents shielded from public disclosure by an insidious "Deep State" isn't an element of grander Qanon conspiracy theories that a shadowy cabal of deep state elites runs pedophile rings to extract adrenochrome. Or that we aren't talking about this now because Trump played up conspiracy theories to win the following of useful idiots who subscribe to them.
The press had reported for years on right-wing crackpots "doing their own research" & pulling wild shit out of nowhere. It's possible for a right-wing crackpot to pull an idea out their ass that happens to be true. It's also possible that unicorns exist on some planet in the universe.
Not sure why anyone outside those crackpot communities should feel convinced, though.
Yeah this is kind of the perfect shit storm for Republicans. Any non-republican knows that O'Keefe is full of shit and makes intentionally dishonest videos through the use of heavy editing.
But now that he's targeting them, Republicans have to admit that O'Keefe makes videos that are complete BS. Therefore acknowledging that... actually never mind. The cognitive dissonance is so strong with Republicans that this will change nothing.
They'll have no problem believing everything he's put out about abortion is true, but this video about a Republican cover up is false.
