I bet I could stretch $1,000 pretty far in Angola.
Or spend it in a single night in Luanda, the Dubai of Africa. There are a lot of Oil tycoons from the US and other countries in Luanda so there are some very expensive options.
That seems it'd be a tad imprudent in context as I was just deported from my home to Angola.
