I am kinda half way through but lately lack motivation to pick it up again. It has some very neat parts for sure, but it feels overly US centric and the romance part is a bit forced IMHO.

Ah, that's a bit disappoing to hear but I'll take your word for it and it seem to be consistent with what people are saying in reviews. I'll give it a shot but it doesn't sound like a big page turner so I don't know if can finish it by the 25th.
