it's better for me now as a disabled person strangely enough. the medicines i need are more available and more legal. at least today. now, as to the other "other" parts of my identity, not so much, but there are some things that are a bit better nowadays.
Good to hear there has been improvement for you in some way. Medicine has generally advanced over the decades.
