A couple of updates concerning Haveno Dawnswap;

Increased attachment max file size from 200KB to 1MB
Fix Windows release files naming
Commit to an arbitrator response time of 3 days, down from the default of 6 days
Updated Simplex group links including on our contact page of our websites

Hi, i have seen here: https://github.com/dawn-collective/haveno-dawn/releases that already a new version 1.2.2 is out, could you please elaborate
